CHEESIS SPAM 2 c. Spam, diced 8 to 10 potatoes (save 1/2 c. water) 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 stick oleo 1 c. cream 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. mustard dash of pepper Slice potatoes. Leave peeling on. Saute onions, 1/2 cup water, Spam, cream and 1/4 cup flour. Add cheese, oleo, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and mustard. Put drained potatoes in large baking dish. Pour rest of ingredients over potatoes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
