CORNED BEEF SANDWICH SPREAD|
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cans corned beef
1 medium carton small-curd
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until
smooth. Chill before spreading on plain or toasted rye or
white bread. Yield: 12 sandwiches.
