POPPYCOCK 3 qt. popped popcorn 1 c. nuts (pecans, peanuts, almonds, etc.) 1/2 c. margarine 1 c. light brown sugar 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla Place popcorn and nuts in a shallow roasting pan. Melt margarine, sugar, and honey. Bring to a boil, stirring con- stantly. Boil gently for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over popcorn and nuts, stir- ring until coated. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir while cooling. Store in airtight container.
