BBQ SAUCE 1 pkg. tomatoes 1 bunch celery 10 medium onions 10 peppers (green or red) 2 c. vinegar 4 Tbsp. salt 6 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. pickling spices (in a bag) 1 tsp. cinnamon Grind or blend in blender celery, onions and pepper. Add to tomatoes in a large kettle. Be certain tomatoes are washed and quartered. Add vinegar, salt, sugar and spices to tomatoes. Cook 2 hours on medium heat stirring often. Add cinnamon. Put in clean warm jars. Process for 30 minutes in canner or 10 minutes at 10 pound pressure.
