CORN DOGS 2 c. pancake mix 1/2 c. corn meal 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. milk 10 hot dogs Combine pancake mix, corn meal and salt; mix well. Add milk; stir. Dip each hot dog in batter; coat well. Fry in fat, heated to 365 degrees until golden brown. Turn to brown evenly. Makes 10 corn dogs. Use popsicle sticks and insert in dogs. Note: Batter thickens on standing, add more milk a little at a time.
