(Christmas Holiday Beverage)
1 gal. apple juice or cider
6 long cinnamon sticks
48 whole cloves
3 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
6 Tbsp. lemon juice

In a large cooking pot, bring all ingredients to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain and pour
into a punch bowl. Serve warm.
Alternate cooking method: Combine ingredients in a
large crock-pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, allowing the
aroma to fill your house with a wonderful scent for the holi-
day.
