ORANGE TOAST 1 loaf thin sliced white bread 1 stick butter or margarine, softened 1/2 c. sugar 1 large orange (rough skinned) Combine butter and sugar and beat until creamy. Grate orange rind and fold rind into creamed mixture. Trim crusts from bread. Spread mixture on bread and cut each slice into thirds. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Can be made ahead and stored in plastic bag.
