3 3/4 c. crushed peaches
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. pectin
5 c. sugar

Measure crushed peaches. Add the lemon juice and
pectin. Stir well. Place on high heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to a quick boil with bubbles over entire surface. Add
sugar. Continue stirring. Heat again to a full bubbling.
Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat,
skim and stir alternately for 5 minutes. Ladle into hot
containers and seal.
