FILLED ROLLS

2 bell peppers, chopped
4 to 5 green onions, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1 small bottle stuffed green
olives, chopped
1 lb. Tillamook cheese, grated
2 doz. soft French rolls

Cut center out of rolls. Mix remaining ingredients
together; stuff rolls. Bake at 300 degrees approximately 20 minutes.
Note: I often use cooked hot dogs, diced and added to
other stuffing ingredients for filling.
Serve with a tomato aspic salad. Very good for a
luncheon.
