1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
This yields about 1 1/2 cups of seasoning for meats,
poultry, fish, salads and fillings.
