EGG NOG 6 egg yolks 1 c. sugar 1 pt. brandy 1 c. light rum 2 qt. light cream 6 egg whites 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2 dashes allspice Beat yolks until thick in large bowl. Gradually add sugar and spices. Stir brandy and rum in slowly. Add 1 1/2 quarts cream and half egg whites. Beat until well combined. Beat remaining egg white until foamy. Add powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks. Gently stir these in and add remaining cream. Refrigerate, covered.
