JALAPENO JELLY 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can jalapeno peppers (black and orange labels) 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (blue and black label) 6 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 bottle Certo 1 large green pepper Put peppers, green chilies and green pepper in blender and puree. Mix sugar and vinegar; bring to boil. Cook approx- imately 30 minutes until it begins to thicken; stir constantly. Skim foam from top. Remove from fire and add Certo and color- ing for color and stir. Put in jars and seal with wax.
