6 c. zucchini
5 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small can pineapple
1 (6 oz.) Jell-O
Grind or grate peeled zucchini. Cook 6 minutes. Add
sugar. Cook 6 minutes. Add lemon and crushed pineapple. Cook
6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add any flavor Jell-O. This
will thicken jam when it cools.) Put hot jam in jars and seal.
Let cool and store.
