CORNCOB JELLY 12 corncobs (red or white) 2 qt. water 1 pkg. Sure-Jell 3 c. sugar Boil broken cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain to make 3 cups liquid. Add Sure-Jell and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil 5 minutes or until jelly stage.
