BREAKFAST BRUNCH

16 slices bread, crust removed
1 c. shaved or diced ham (can
use more)
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
salt

Layer bread and ham in 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine other
ingredients, except cheese. Pour on top of bread and ham.
Then sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1
hour at 350 degrees. Cover with foil at first, then uncover a few
minutes at the last to brown.
