SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 6 eggs 2 c. milk 2 to 4 slices bread, cubed 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. medium sausage 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Brown sausage. Beat eggs and milk, add cheese, bread and seasonings. Add drained sausage and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
