SPANISH EGG CASSEROLE

10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack, shredded
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles,
sliced

Beat eggs, add baking powder, flour, salt, cottage
cheese, Monterey Jack, melted butter and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees
for 35 minutes or until firm. Can be made ahead of time.
Makes 1 large 9 x 13-inch or 7 x 10-inch and less full 9 x
13-inch.
