YOGURT SHAKE

1 c. canned fruit cocktail (no
sugar added)
1/2 c. each water and plain
low-fat yogurt
1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
granulated low calorie
sweetener with aspartame to
equal 2 tsp. sugar
3 to 4 ice cubes

Chill two 10 ounce glasses. In blender container
combine all ingredients except ice cubes and process until
smooth, scraping down sides of container as necessary. With
motor running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time processing after each
addition until ice is dissolved. Pour half of mixture into each
chilled glass and serve with a straw. Serving contains 132
calories.
