BANANA MILK SHAKE|
1/3 c. dry nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. Equal
1/2 c. water
5 to 6 ice cubes
Put milk, vanilla, Equal and water in blender on high 1
minute. Add banana, blend 1 minute on medium. Add ice cubes 2
at a time and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving, 150 cal-
