MOCHA FRAPPE 1 c. black coffee, chilled 1/2 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder 1/4 c. part skim Ricotta cheese 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Equal to equal 4 tsp. sugar 5 to 6 ice cubes Chill two 12 ounce glasses. In blender container combine all ingredients except ice cubes and process until smooth; with motor running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, pro- cessing after each addition until ice is dissolved (mixture should be smooth and thick).
