2/3 c. low calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. snipped green onion
6 slices whole wheat bread,
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef,
chilled and sliced (in 12
cherry tomatoes

Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Combine cabbage and green
onion. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat. Spoon onto
toast slices. Arrange 2 slices corned beef on top of each.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serves 6.
