6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 lb. sausage (half hot
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Place cubed bread in 8 x
10-inch pan. Sprinkle on sausage. Beat eggs and milk. Add
salt and mustard. Sprinkle on cheese. Cover with foil. Bake
at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. May be prepared the night before;
refrigerate and bake the next morning.
