PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN 3 (15 oz.) cans or 2 large cans pineapple tidbits, well drained 2 c. coarsely grated sharp cheese 3/4 c. sugar 6 Tbsp. flour 30 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter or margarine Mix pineapple (drained), cheese, sugar and flour togeth- er. Put in large glass casserole. Crush 30 Ritz crackers; sprinkle on top. Melt 1 stick butter; drizzle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good side dish for poultry. Serves 10.
