CHEESE FONDUE

12 slices bread
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese,
sliced or shredded
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika

Bread should be 1/2-inch thick. Spread with margarine.
Make layers of bread and cheese in a 6 to 8 cup baking dish.
Slightly beat eggs; add mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce;
mix well. Pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or
until puffy and golden. Serve at once.
