1 lb. fettuccine
3 oz. crumbled bacon or diced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 oz. butter
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. cream
salt and pepper
Boil fettuccine in salted water until preferred done-
ness. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper, cream and
cheese. In another pan, melt butter. When golden, turn off
heat. Pour egg mixture into melted butter, then add bacon or
ham. Pour over fettuccine; toss and serve immediately. Top
with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
