PASTA CASSEROLE 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck, drained 15 oz. Ricotta cheese 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1 egg 1 box jumbo shells salt pepper Brown meat and drain; mix all ingredients. Stuff shells. Pour Ragu sauce or your favorite tomato sauce on bottom of dish and over shells. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (one layer only). Serves 8 to 10.
