RANCHERO SCRAMLETS 1 c. crushed barbecue Fritos 4 beaten eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. diced green peppers 1/4 tsp. garlic salt dash of Tabasco sauce 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo Mix all ingredients (except butter) in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Melt butter slowly in a Teflon skillet (low heat). Skillet should be a 7-inch or 8-inch. Cook until mixture sets, then turn over. Will be golden brown. Serve at once. Serves two.
