WILSON'S HOT STUFF

1/4 lb. cheese
10 saltines
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pt. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 lb. boiled ham

Use fine chopper of any chopper. Run cheese through
first, then ham, then saltines. Empty all in mixing dish; add
sauce, dash of salt and pepper. Then add milk and mix thor-
oughly. Beat eggs until light and add rest of the ingredients,
except baking powder. Put in greased baking dish. Sprinkle
with baking powder and bake until brown in moderate oven, about
1 hour. Serves 4.
