1 loaf white sandwich bread
1 loaf whole wheat sandwich

Sandwich Spreads (such as):
ham or tuna salad
deviled egg spread
yellow cheese spread
cream cheese beaten with small
amount of milk for frosting

Remove crusts from bread and slice lengthwise (bakeries
usually will slice for you). Make 2 loaves, putting bread back
together, alternating white and brown slices and spreading with
sandwich spread as you go. Frost entire loaf with cream cheese
mixture and decorate with egg slices, radish roses and parsley.
To serve, slice as you would a loaf cake. Yield: 2 loaves.
