CHILI-CHEESY NACHOS

1 (15 oz.) can chili
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 c. tortilla chips
1 c. chopped tomatoes
sour cream

Mix first 3 ingredients. Layer 4 cups chips, 1/4 pound
cheese and chili mixture in 13 x 19-inch baking dish. Top with
remaining chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with
remaining cheese and tomatoes. Continue baking until cheese
melts. Top with sour cream.
