1 pt. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. distilled water
1/2 c. instant coffee
4/5th qt. vodka
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Heat water, sugar and syrup to boiling point. Reduce
heat and simmer until sugar dissolves (2 minutes). Beat in
coffee until dissolved. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Bottle
and let age for 3 weeks.
1 part Kahlua
2 parts vodka
Serve over crushed ice.
