CAESAR-SEASONED CROUTONS

10 slices firm-textured white
bread
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brush both sides of bread with oil; sprinkle with garlic
salt and Parmesan cheese. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Place in
15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake in 300 degrees oven for 30 minutes,
stirring once. Store in airtight container. Makes 4 cups.
