TEXAS TACOS

hamburger
tomato sauce
salt and pepper
onion, garlic and celery salts
cheese flavor nachos
Cheddar cheese, grated
lettuce, shredded
tomatoes, cut in small pieces

These are just the basic ingredients. You may use as
much as you like, depending on how many people you plan to
feed. This is great for large groups or campouts.
Brown the hamburger, drain off grease, add enough tomato
sauce to coat the hamburger, add seasoning salts to taste,
simmer for 10 minutes. Place cheese flavor nachos on a plate,
spoon hamburger with sauce on top of nachos. Sprinkle on
grated Cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Children like to
use the nachos to scoop up the mixture instead of a fork.
