HOT DOG SPECIAL|
8 hot dogs
8 slices of bacon
1 c. minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain
most of bacon fat. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Add hot
dogs. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Serves 5.
