ENERGY DRINK 1 c. orange juice (unsweetened) 1/2 c. low-fat, plain yogurt 1 to 2 tsp. honey, or sweeten to taste 3 to 4 ice cubes, may be crushed Place ingredients, except ice, in blender. Blend on high speed about 30 seconds. Add ice cubes, one at a time, through blender cover. Blend one minute. Makes one large drink. Nutritious! Note: You may substitute apple juice or pineapple juice. if you use sweetened juice, don't add honey.
