CARAMEL CORN 3 3/4 qt. popped corn 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. oleo 1/4 c. corn syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. soda Heat oven to 200 degrees. Place corn on ungreased sheets. In saucepan, heat sugar, oleo, syrup and salt. Stir occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove, stir in soda until foamy. Pour on popped corn, stirring until well coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
