1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
pepper (if desired)

Crumble beef into skillet and brown. Drain off any
excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients to the meat and
simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until flavors are well blended.
Spoon the mixture on buns and serve.
