HOLIDAY CHEESE TREE 1 (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cold pack cheese food 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper 1 tsp. grated onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. lemon juice chopped parsley chopped nuts Combine cheese food, cream cheese and mix well until blended. Add 1 tablespoon pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce and juice; mix well. Chill. Drop six (1/3 cup of mixture) into triangle shape serving platter. Drop remaining mixture at base of triangle; smooth to form a tree. Top with parsley, nuts and remaining pimento. Spread on wheat thin crackers.
