VERY GOOD EGGNOG 6 eggs, separated 1 qt. milk 1 pt. cream 1/2 pt. liquor (optional) 3/4 c. sugar nutmeg Beat yolks well; add 1/2 cup of the sugar. Add milk, cream and liquor. Beat well. Meanwhile have the egg whites beaten very stiff; add the remaining 1/4 cup mixture. Stir well. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
