BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 6 to 8 slices bread 1 lb. sausage meat 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar 1/3 c. mushrooms 3/4 c. light cream or canned milk 1 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 to 6 eggs salt and pepper Cube bread and spread in a 9 x 13-inch oiled baking dish. Spread cooked and drained sausage over bread. Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Pour over items in baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. This is also good as a luncheon dish served with a salad.
