1/2 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Saute onion in oleo. Add beef and brown lightly. Drain
off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered,
for 30 minutes.
