3 egg yolks
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 c. flour

Beat together egg yolks, milk, salt and oleo. Stir in
flour and mix well. Roll on floured surface and let dry about
1 hour. Cut to desired size and let dry. Noodles will cook in
45 minutes to 1 hour.
Note: Well dried noodles can be sealed in plastic
freezer bags and frozen for future use. Make extra and save
