PEACH ICE CREAM 4 eggs, separated 2 Tbsp. flour dash of salt 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1/4 c. water 2 1/4 c. sugar 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 small can evaporated milk 1 qt. crushed peaches Beat egg whites until peaks are formed. Fold in egg yolks, flour, salt and vanilla. Bring water and sugar to a boil. Pour over egg mixture, beating. Add condensed and evaporated milk; mix well. Add peaches; pour in a gallon ice cream can with sweet milk. Freeze in an electric or hand- turned ice cream freezer.
