CORNED BEEF REUBEN

8 slices rye bread, cubed
1 small can sauerkraut,
drained
1 can corned beef, cubed
1 c. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
12 oz. sliced Mozzarella or
Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 c. oleo, melted

Combine sour cream and onion. Put 1/2 bread cubes in
bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer remaining ingredients, except
oleo. Top with remaining bread cubes. Drizzle oleo over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
