6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 lb. bread crumbs (about
6 c.)
1 handful grated Romano cheese
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
3 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 c. olive oil

Mix all ingredients. Spread on seafood, meat, poultry,
etc., and place in hot oven. Bake until brown. May be stored
in a closed container indefinitely.
