CHEESE-STUFFED MUSHROOMS 12 fresh mushrooms 1/2 c. Mrs. Knight's bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. finely chopped Cheddar cheese 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 Tbsp. butter (optional) salt and pepper to taste Push stems from mushrooms; mince finely, combine with other ingredients (add finely chopped pepperoni if desired). Moisten mixture with water. Mound onto mushroom caps. Bake 20 minutes at 330 degrees.
