4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. frozen orange juice
4 Tbsp. frozen lemon
6 c. water
46 oz. pineapple juice
2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
Boil 4 cups sugar with 6 cups water. Let cool. In
blender, combine bananas, orange juice and lemon. Blend these
all together. Add to sugar water mixture. Add pineapple
juice. Freeze until slushy. When ready to serve, add two 2
liter bottles of ginger ale.
Note: This makes 4 quarts of slush. I freeze it in
four one quart containers and when ready to use, just mix one
quart with 1/2 bottle of the ginger ale if I want to serve just
a few people. You have to take slush out of the freezer in
time for it to soften some. Have ginger ale chilled.
