1 lb. pecan halves
2 Tbsp. water
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat egg whites until frothy but not stiff. Add water.
Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon, add this to egg white mix-
ture. Add nuts and mix well. Use hands. Preheat oven to
300 degrees. Bake 30 minutes, stirring about four times while baking.
