1 c. cognac brandy
40 cubes sugar
50 whole cloves
3 pieces stick cinnamon in
1/2 orange peel, cut thin
1 qt. strong Louisiana dripped
Combine ingredients in advance. In brulot bowl, pour a
cup of brandy. Add sugar, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel.
Put coffee in and put all lights out. Light brandy. Dip ladle
and stir each time. Pour in after dinner cups. This will make
enough for 20 people.
