EGG NOG 4 egg yolks 1/3 c. sugar 1 c. milk 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 tsp. brandy 1 tsp. rum flavoring 3 c. heavy cream Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick and lemon colored. Beat in milk, brandy and rum flavoring. Chill. When ready to serve, fold in egg whites. Stir in one cup of cream. Whip remaining cream and fold into egg mixture. If desired, use 1/3 cup bourbon and 1/3 cup brandy instead of flavoring and use 1/3 cup milk.
